This integration ("the Software") is private software operated by WMS INC DBA Wired Media Solutions solely for its own internal accounting and reporting purposes. It is not offered, licensed, sold, or made available to any third party, and it is not intended for use by the general public.
Use of the Software is limited to employees and contractors of WMS INC DBA Wired Media Solutions who have been granted access by WMS INC DBA Wired Media Solutions. No other person is authorized to use it.
The Software connects only to QuickBooks Online company files owned and controlled by WMS INC DBA Wired Media Solutions. Authorization is granted by an administrator of that company file and may be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online under Settings → Apps.
Authorized users must not use the Software to access data they are not permitted to see, to alter accounting records outside of normal business process, or in violation of any applicable law or of the Intuit Developer Terms of Service.
The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. WMS INC DBA Wired Media Solutions does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that accounting data it retrieves is complete or accurate for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WMS INC DBA Wired Media Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of use of the Software. The Software is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice.
WMS INC DBA Wired Media Solutions may modify or discontinue the Software, or these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
